Cream Cheese & Tomatillo Chutney

Discover the sweeter side of the tomatillo! We make a complex spiced jam with fresh tomatillos combined with lime juice and just the right amount of sugar, then ribbon the tasty fruit into cream cheese ice cream. The tomatillos are brought to us by Dickinson Farm, a small urban farm in South San Diego owned by decorated military veteran Stepheni Norton, who hosts farm dinners with local chefs to put the spotlight on the benefits of a natural, organic diet.
