We shred and roast carrots from John Givens Farm, located in Santa Barbara, into a creamy spiced ice cream with a hint of molasses. We then mix in crunchy, candied hazelnuts and a swirl of cheesecake frosting. John Givens Farm is one of largest family farms in Santa Barbara and they’ve been certified organic for over 25 years!
