Wildflower Honey w/ Ricotta Walnut Lace Cookie


First invented as a means to tell the story of local beekeepers, we’re thrilled that this flavor has grown as resilient and popular as the phenomenon of beekeeping itself. Into sweet cream we add lemon to allow the raw, unfiltered wildflower honey to pop, then ricotta for a mellow richness. Then, in goes our extra thin lace cookies, wherein caramelized sugar weaves an earthy, delicate web of oats and walnuts, while thickly spread ricotta and lemon glaze contrasts the crunch with a dense chew.
